MR + CF

I joined joint event as a SVC OC, CS and CC owner, worked together with many other OCs from many MTRC managed estates on Friday to go to MTRC head office in Kowloon Bay to fight for better interest of our residents. We discussed and demanded MR % cut from the current 10% charged by MTRC from pretty much every dollar they spend.

Also we demanded refund of unauthorised collection of capital fund expense and MR from CF. I and my fellow OC members as well as joint OCs from other estates will follow these cases and hope to bring good news to all 4 Tung Chung estates ASAP. Please support us or even join us. Thanks.

understand my friend, yes I iwll fight til the end. I will do more to the fight, I will not give up that easily. As long as I am an owner of CC, CS and OC of SVC, I will work for our residents here. Thanks.

I will not let them get away so easily. Where in SVC when I am an OC now, we already forced them to discuss return of some MR. They have discussed with us already on 4/10 about this issue and agreed to return some $ back to the estate but we rejected them cos they didn't return the full payment + interest. But this shows we have grounds to win this battle cos they know they are unlawful in this case. I will use my experience to work for CS and CC too. Please support or even join me. thanks.

good ground and developing well now, will talk directly to MTRC senior managment too. I will not just fight for SVC as their OC, but as an owner of CC and CS, I will also speak for CS and CC. btw, I love to work together with current CC OCs too cos I believe we should have the same goals, that is to serve our owners well. Thanks.
