Hello everyone;

I'm a 30 years old guy working full-time in central. I normally don't stay home on the weekend and I rarely cook (once a month);. I'm an easy-going person with good histories on renting.

 I'm looking for 1 bedroom rental in the caribeancoast area. My preferences are:
AC, internet connection, less then 1 hours to central during rush hours.

My budget is 2800-3800k  ; is this reasonable?? If so; are anyone renting =)

this is to share an 2br room appointment

if your budget is 2800 - 3800, i don't think there is anything available in that range in CC (unless you are sharing). But if your budget is 28000 - 38000, then all the owners will be ready to vacate thier flats to rent to you ;-)

Thanks for that.  I can see you logic now.

The problem with that is: if you have three renting together:

+ Who gets the best room?
+ What happens when one is ready to move out?

A fairer thing that I have seen with the small 3BR flats is:
two people split the rent, and:
+ One gets the master BR with onsuite BR, and
+ The Other gets the two other BR's, maybe leaving some storage room for the first

With two people only, it is easier to cope with the time that one moves out

well i dont need a big room; basically a place to sleep is fine with me. as I rarely stay home on the weekend and always eat-out.

actually i found a 2br aparment for $6600 in CC but the problem is i will not need two rooms. So i'm trying to find some to share this place with and split the cost.
