$3500 1br in shared appartment.

ok I found a 2br apartment at $6600 @Caribbean Coast. 17 floor. till June 2009
However in order to take over the lease I need a roommate, so we'll split the rent the $3300 (+1000 for the larger room... if u r interested let me know.

HK$6600 2BR flat!?<Surprising>. When I checked with the agents recently, I was informed that no flats available below 8K.

u can always find a bargain in HK. in other word.. there is a lot of people trying to rip u off on your hard-earned $$$. Agents (and owners) love to pump up the price.

I'm the agent in Caribbean Coast.
In the Mkt, there have 1 flat (2 bedrooms) in Phase 1 asking for $6500.
If anybody interest, pls pm me.
Some flat in phase 2 3 4, just asking 7.5k to 8K.

The second bedroom in a 2-bed flat in CC is not large enough to accommodate a full size adult bed.
