RELATIONSHIP DECLARATION

I joined the 1st CS OC meeting of this term on 29th Oct, the Wed. Since OC has right to remove tender from tender list, they can also invite tender and know more information quicker and deeper than normal owners, affecting millions $ of value paid by owners, I therefore, requested the new OC to sign an relationship declaration everytime they deal with any tender process. However, this request has been rejected by the CS OC.

I hereby sincerely ask our OC to reconsider my request. Tender process is handled by MTRC head office (regardless this is fair or not first), no tendering responibility will be beared by OC, I only ask OC to declare their relationship with tenders should there be any connection. This is a common and good practice to make things transparent and clear. I see no reason to reject such a fair request that related to million $ value of our owners. Thanks.

What's this got to do with CC?

Our OC have no involvement with the tendering process bar sanction so why do they have to sign a declaration?

What will it prove or prevent?

Just seems to fuel the personal vendetta you have with various parties and has no real value.

You seem sincere and genuine but are tilting at too many windmills to succeed. Choose your targets carefully and only battles you can win. Otherwise like the well intentioned Don Quixote you will dismissed and ridiculed.

Better still get elected democratically and change the system from within.

hi my friend, no worries, it has nothing to do with CC OC now. I hope all of they can be my friends. If there is a fight, the battlefield should be in dealing with MO, and all unfair practice in our community. I mentioned what happnened in CS cos many problem facing by CS, SVC are very similar to CC too. I just want to let people know what's happening in our community and try to express my opinion on some practice. I hope if one day CC OC has involved in tendering can also consider this, in order to bring transparency to our estate management. Thanks too.  Smiley
